Creating time

Generally, You will receive your purchase in 1 - 3 weeks after order is placed (3-14 days to finish the painting, 4-8 days to your home.by express delivery).

Packing

Every Onezero Gallery piece is packaged with care and follows our standardized, professional process. We know your artwork is precious, so we’ve designed several packaging methods to keep it safe on its way to you:

 

  • Ships in a cardboard box
    For large artworks that are stretched or framed, we use strong, protective cardboard boxes. Each piece is supported with plenty of cushioning so it arrives safe, flat, and ready to hang.

 

  • Ships in a crate
    For small stretched or framed artworks, or for very large and heavy pieces, we use custom-built wooden crates. These crates are designed for global art shipping, tightly sealed, and packed with materials that keep the artwork securely in place throughout its journey.

 

  • Ships in a tube
    For canvas-only orders, your piece will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works and also keeps shipping costs lower. Once it arrives, you can easily have it stretched (placed on wooden stretcher bars) or framed by a local framer.

For works on paper, we highly recommend sending them straight to your framer upon delivery for careful, professional unrolling.

Can I update my order at any point?

Before your order is shipped, you can contact info@onezerogallery.com to make changes.

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact us at info@onezerogallery.com or log into your account to request a cancellation.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, Free shipping all over the world.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Can I have artworks delivered to a different country or to someone else?

We will ship to the address you provided in your order. Typically, we coordinate the delivery date with the recipient whose name you listed. If the artwork is intended as a surprise or gift, please let us know so we can accommodate that.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Hassle-free returns and exchanges.

You can return your painting for a FULL refund or request a replacement just as easily as making a purchase.


We want you to be completely satisfied! If, for any reason, you are not happy with the painting you received, you may return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact info@onezerogallery.com

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.

 

  • For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

 

  • For credit card refunds, the transaction may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Lost & Damages.

We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes, and they normally arrive safely. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.

VERY IMPORTANT: Unpack the package in front of the courier. If the painting is damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ask the courier to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something similar on the waybill. You may keep the package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged package (all sides) and the painting itself. Send them to us so we can handle the courier company and arrange a replacement painting immediately.
  3. If the courier leaves the package at your door and you cannot inspect it in person, skip step 1 and proceed directly with step 2.
  4. Keep the damaged painting and its packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

What payment methods does OnezeroGallery accept?

OnezeroGallery currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments made through PayPal.

Q: I don’t have a PayPal account. What should I do?

A: You can still pay with your credit or debit card via PayPal without having a PayPal account. Here’s how:

  1. Click “Check out with PayPal”. You’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of logging in, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.
  2. Fill in your billing and credit card information.
  3. Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
  4. Click Continue to return to OnezeroGallery. Your payment is not sent until you click “Submit Order” on OnezeroGallery.

Import Taxes and Duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and duties. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If needed, we are happy to support any necessary communication with customs to provide information regarding your order.
